What is the burn time on Wonky Candles candles?Our 190ml candles will burn for at least 20 hours Our 300ml candles will burn for at least 35 hours Our 750ml candles will burn for at least 60 hours

What is scoopable wax?Indulge your senses with our easy to use, soft fragranced soy Wax. Our Scoopable Wax works brilliant with both electric and Tea-light warmers. The amazing thing about our Scoopable Wax range is that you can choose how much or little you put in your warmer.

What are wax melts clamshells?At Wonky Candles, we are passionate about creating unique and eco-friendly wax melt clamshells. Our clamshell packaging is made with 88% recycled material and are 100% recyclable. Each clamshell holds around 45g of highly fragranced wax, designed in a bar shape with 10 breakable squares. Every wax melt is handmade with love by PJ, ensuring a high-quality and long-lasting fragrance experience. We take pride in our commitment to sustainability and creating one-of-a-kind designs that will enhance any space. Join us on our journey to bring joy and warmth to your home. You can use our wax melt clamshells in both tealight and electric wax warmers.

Do you ship outside of the UK?Currently we only ship to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are looking to ship outside of these countries, so keep checking to find out.

How long do orders take to arrive?We aim to have your product made and dispatched within 5-7 working days. It then depends on Royal Mail and their opperating times. We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most orders, so you will recieve tracking information.

How much is postage?Postage starts at £3.90 and increases on the weight of your order. We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for most orders, so you will recieve tracking information.

How do I cancel a subscription plan?We're so sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your subscription box with us. Please send your request to the following email address: customerservices@wonkycandles.co.uk Please note you must cancel your plan by the 20th of each month or you maybe charged for the next month as well.

How can I Pay for my subscription plan?At the moment you can only sign up to a Wonky candles subscription plan if you have a PayPal account. However we are working really hard to find new ways to allow our customers to pay and join a subscription plan.

What day is the cut off for signing up to a subscription plan each month?Here at Wonky Candles the cut off date for any new subscribers is midnight on the 25th of the month. Any subscribes that subscribe before midnight on the 25th will recieve their first subscription box the next month. However any new subscribers that subscribe after midnight on the 25th will be pushed into following month For example, if you subscribed on the 24th of January, your first subscription box month will arrive in Feburary. However if you subscribe on the 26th of January, you will recieve your first subscription box in March.

When are subscriptions sent out?Around the first week in every month Wonky Candles aims to dispatch your subscription box to you. However sometimes if a bank holiday is due to fall in that week your subscription box due to be dispatched, it may be dispatched a few days later to avoid your subscription box getting lost in the post.
